John A. MacNaughton, C.M. - Chairman

John A. Ian Bandeen,B.A. LL.B. B.C.L. - Vice-Chairman & CEO

Mr. Bandeen is an original founder of CNQ as well as Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. A founding Director of the National Angel Foundation, which assists emerging companies in achieving their full potential. Robert Cook – President 

Rob Cook joined CNQ in 2002 and spearheaded the launch of the exchange. He was formerly a Vice-President of Market Regulation Services when it was first created and prior to that spent nearly 20 years in senior positions in Listings and Market Surveillance at the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Adam Conyers B.Comm., C.A.- Director

Adam Conyers has provided financial consulting and mentoring services to a number of start-ups and early stage businesses. He also served the Toronto Stock Exchange in various roles from CFO to Senior Vice-President, Market Services.  He has brought his unique perspective of real world business to his role at CNQ. Bill Braithwaite, B.A. LL.B. LL.M.-Director

After completing his LLB at the University of Western Ontario, William Braithwaite received his LLM at the London School of Economics. He is now a senior partner with the law office of Stikeman Elliott, He is also a member of the firm’s Partnership Board and Executive Committee.  His practice centers on corporate finance, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Gordon Cheesbrough-Director

Roy Hill-Director

Thomas Lunan -Director

Jeffrey MacIntosh, B.Sc. LL.B. LL.M. -Director 

Professor Jeffrey MacIntosh received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 1982. He was the Toronto Stock Exchange Professor of Capital Markets in 1999 and became the Associate Director of the Capital Markets Institute at the University of Toronto. Dr. Steven Small -Director
