CNQ's Deal Exchange is an innovative online system that assists companies in finding the capital they need.  Companies fill out an online business summary form that is confidential and anonymous. 

Only investment professionals registered with one of the provincial securities commissions in Canada can view the business summary and the company's financing requirements. Business Summaries can be searched for by industry and amount of financing.

Once an investment professional is interested in a company Deal Exchange will provide them with the company's contact details.
